Guest counts are indoor planning guides, not guaranteed capacity. Room size, layout, acoustics, music level, and dance-floor size determine the right system. Outdoor or bass-heavy events require a separate review.

Loading and room access

Tell us where equipment can be unloaded, how far the room is from the unloading point, and whether stairs or an elevator are involved. Share any venue check-in or parking instructions.

Venue access and collection times

Confirm when XLR can enter for setup, when speeches or music start, and when equipment must be collected. Allow up to two hours for a standard setup; more involved events may need longer.

Power, coverage and sound limits

Share the available power locations, indoor or outdoor setting, and any venue sound restrictions. Tell us if speeches, music and a separate ceremony area need different sound zones.

Is Orlando delivery included in every rental?

No. Delivery and setup depend on the address, package and access requirements. EVOLVE 90 Signature includes standard local service within 30 minutes of downtown Kissimmee; an Orlando address is not automatically inside that zone. Your written quote confirms the scope.

Can one rental cover speeches and dancing?

Tell us the guest count, room layout, microphone needs and music level. We review the system for those uses; multiple rooms, outdoor coverage or bass-heavy music may need a custom quote.

Professional setup and soundcheck.

Professional setup includes required XLR/signal and power cables, power strips, surge protection, and appropriate stands/tripods. Allow up to two hours, depending on the event. No DJ or on-site operator is included. Delivery, setup, and complex venue requirements are quoted separately unless your package specifically includes standard local service.
